    Better Version of ourself :

    1) First think of where we want to reach. It’s like setting a goal. Decide what is the best version of yourself. Use affirmations and tell yourself that you can do it.

    2) Choose that 1 thing you are passionate about. Focus.

    3) Once you have decided to focus on the goal of becoming the best version of yourself, then start learning the tools to achieve your goal. Implement these tools, because knowledge without implementation is no knowledge.

    4) Focus on how can I solve problems and not on how one can earn from it.

    5) Create processes that will develop good habits. Avoid things that will take focus away from the goal. Choose delayed gratification.

    6) Connect with lot of like minded people and network. This will help you stay on the right path. Develop competitive advantage for yourself.

    7) Build great distribution network – Connect with people through various mediums.

    8) The goal should be to be the best in whatever you want to be. The Goal is to achieve excellence in the field choose. Become leader in the industry.

    9) Deligate tasks, automate stuff and stay away from distractions. That’s how we will be able to leverage the most important asset. Time. Use leverage.

    10) Longetivity – Focus on Goals or design goals in sectors that will stay long term. Build bond with people who think long term. Be adaptive and be relevant.

    11) Selling is the most important thing. Selling is not a bad thing. Don’t shy away from learning to Sell. It’s good service for the world. Without sales great product/services will never reach who actually need it.

    12) Keep reinvesting in yourself. That’s the most important thing. Dividend is equivalent to gifting something to yourself. Use this as a positive feedback loop. Ask for feedback and keep improving.

  2. GRATITUDE ! GRATITUDE ! I acknowledge that you are the answer to my prayer for parting knowledge and in future I will be the reflection of my Idol and he will be happy to see his reflection too.

‘Bachu Kabil ban, kamyabi tere piche bhagegi’ – Dialogue from 3 Idiots
I keep on reminding myself about it.

I do have a long way to go………many miles to reach………that mindset……….but I am working on it.

From an early age I loved reading books on positive thinking and on top of the list was “Dale Carnegie” – I stopped reading his books when I realised that he had committed suicide. It occurred that positive thinking should go alongwith meditation and then it becomes a great tool to reckon with.

My only idol is Mr Jamshetji Tata – a great leader in all aspects and magnimous in life. He was a Master in every sense. I consider TATAs as the greatest Company in the world.

When TATA comes up with their quarterly/annual results, you will see the CEO of the Company in the front. You do not see Ratan Tata every now and then. That is a LEADER in a TATA. A passionate honest leader can create many leaders and there is no competition, they only compliment each other. That is what TATAs have taught INDUSTRY.

I read books of great human beings. And on a scale of 1-100 Mr Jamshetji Tata is 100.

    1. SET GOALS – Mr Jamshetji Tata enraged by the British created the most beautiful Taj Mahal Hotel. It’s beauty inside and outside is no match.
He wanted to create TATA IRON AND STEEL PLANT for creating Industry in India but the work started when he was alive but he did not see the great work on its completion.
Strawberry Farm in Mahableshwar is due to Mr J Tata
Provident Fund is due to Mr J Tata
Indian Institute of Science is due to Mr J Tata
Mysore Silk is due to Mr J Tata
Goregoan Milk Diary is due to Mr J Tata
Hydroelectric Project is due to Mr J Tata
The list is long………………………..he created so many companies for the betterment of society as a whole.
TATA TRUST is also due to Mr J Tata
He introduced all these projects for the betterment for the people of India
The Tata Trust is being replicated every where in Indian corporates for the last 10 years
As he believed that you do not earn for yourself but also for the society you live in.

Companies like TATAs will live till the end of Eternity, because the foundation of this Company stands on honesty and trust. One can cheat human beings but you can never cheat ENERGY, which will flow only towards positive vibes. TATAs are a positive vibes Company.

I am inspired by Mr Steve Jobs too – but I did not like the way he treated his family and the way he died. After accomplishing so much, he was all alone, by circumstance and not by choice.

MY PRINCIPLES IN LIFE WILL HELP ME REACH WHERE I WISH TO –
    1. STAY IN GRATITUDE ALL THE TIME – BE HUMBLE
    2. LEARN & IMPLEMENT
    3. MEDITATE AND STAY FOCUSSED
    4. DONATE
